Success Is In Your Reach- The Entrepreneur Mindset

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011

As you embark on the quest of building your network marketing business online it is important that you begin to think and act like a successful business person even before the money starts to pour in. Simply put, it’s your mindset that’s going to make or break you in the business of online marketing. Andrew Carnegie said, “If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes.”

SEED PLANTING PRINCIPLES-
Thoughts, ideas and desires are seeds. When you plant a seed in your mind and know that it’s something you can have, then, you are able to watch it unfold. For example, I once had a friend named Lynn, when she was 13 years old she decided on the types of characteristics she wanted in her future husband. She refused to lower her standards, she refused to settle, and she was willing to wait to see the desire of her heart fulfilled. Twelve years later, she met the man who is her husband now, Joel, and she knew then that she would one day marry him. They didn’t marry until eleven years after they met! Over the years, she turned down plenty of guys, some of them appeared to be almost perfect. She made good choices in her relationships as to not compromise the promises she made with herself previously. Interestingly enough, Lynn didn’t keep in touch with Joel over the years, nor did they live in the same country. It wasn’t until many years later that an opportunity presented itself and that they both began to act on the seed that was planted in Lynn’s heart.

As you can see in the story of Joel and Lynn, a seed many years ago in Lynn’s heart and her subconscious mind worked toward her goal and she got exactly what she planned, a kind and loving husband. I have seen this principle work in my life and many of my friend’s lives today time and time again. We want the best, we want it all, and we don’t want to choose either/or. So, if you want to be successful in your personal and professional life, it is important that you understand the seed planting principle.

GOAL SETTING-
According to Jack Canfield, “The brain is a goal seeking organism, whatever goal you give your subconscious mind it will work night and day to achieve it”. It is very interesting that when you set a goal in mind that you want to achieve, your brain will get inspired and set things into motion where you will become aware of various opportunities that will be presented to bring you closer to your goal. Some goals may take a while, but don’t sell yourself short and give up. Hold on until you have what it is you want.

SMART GOALS-
Convert your desires into measurable goals and objectives and act on them. If you do not take action, it will be as if you had not decided on anything. SMART is an acronym you can think of anytime you are setting goals for yourself.
SPECIFIC- Write out your specific goal so that your mind knows what to get working on.
MEASURABLE-There should be a way of measuring your goal.
ATTAINABLE-You should choose an attainable goal, but do not let your mind talk you out of your what is possible due to lack of belief in yourself.
RISKY-There has to be a little bit of risk involved so that you can grow and work through your fears.
TIME FRAME- There must be a time frame for your goal.
The SMART goal mindset is the difference between having just a good idea and having a goal.

So consider these principles as you become successful entrepreneurs and internet network marketers!

Creating the Counsellor Mindset: a Career Overview

Saturday, July 30th, 2011

Diverse values, specialist development, varied experiences, a unique mindset – mix it up and include a touch of interpretation and you have a human being with a social outlook. Leveraging differences between people is a daily necessity of living in societies, and leveraging our own perspective of the world – and others in it – is one of the utmost challenges in pursuing a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

So how do we detach from our past experiences and values to see the world from a clearer perspective? The answer is simple: we don’t. What we need to do is critically analyse our own process of thinking, and pursue reason and appropriateness in our actions. Whilst willingness to help is a premise for counselling, willingness to adjust is a professional requirement – and the following overlapping stages discuss the process of becoming an effective counsellor, facing its challenges, surviving the experience, and learning from it.

Stage One: The Fundamentals of Professional Care

There is a strong ethical component in any health-related profession, particularly ones which deal directly with consumers – in the case of counselling, the client. One of the most prominent aspects of becoming a professional counsellor lies in understanding the ethical guidelines of the profession, which in turn requires counsellors and prospective counsellors to be able to differentiate between ‘friendly advice’ and professional assistance. This is a challenging proficiency as it not only involves the process of learning which is intrinsic to any professional development (or training), but also remodelling the manner in which people naturally respond to a call for help: emotional and inevitably subjective feedback.

In order to cater for those needs, counsellor training involves a great deal of ethical background theory and practice which aims to develop the objective ‘eye’ – a demanded skill for counselling sessions. Such a methodical approach to interpreting human behaviour and individual needs is rooted in the development of early behavioural sciences.

Method in Counselling

What is ‘method’? Method (from Greek methodos or met hodos meaning “way across”) is a word which entered English in 1541 via French and Latin, and is defined as “a series of steps taken to complete a certain task or to reach a certain objective”. The methodical approach was induced by the need to share common guidelines in the observation and analysis of events, laying grounds for the advent of the scientific method – the central component of any modern science.

In the 19th century, the scientific method served to ‘unleash’ psychology from its bonds with philosophy and medicine – and the consequence was the advent of the original behavioural science. Counselling moved away from psychology and Freudian psychoanalysis in the early 1950s with the intent of enhancing the relationship between counsellor and client. The helping nature of the counselling approach set the standards for this newly adopted discipline – and increased focus was placed in nurturing the relationship with the client, encouraging client’s responsiveness, and developing a bond which would lay grounds for the client’s progressive development.

Stage Two: Becoming an Effective Counsellor

According to Meier and Davis (1997, p.61) “in no other profession does the personality and behavior of the professional make such difference as it does in counseling. Beginning counselors need to work at increasing their self awareness as well as their knowledge of counseling procedures. Your willingness to be open to supervision, to accept clients’ failures and criticisms, to participate in counseling yourself when appropriate, and to acknowledge your limits will contribute to your eventual success and satisfaction”.

Acknowledging Values

The client-counsellor relationship is fundamentally a relationship between two human beings. Obviously there are two different roles in the relationship but both counsellor and client have a history of experiences that have shaped who they are, how they view the world and what their values are.

An effective client-counsellor relationship does not ignore the “human” side of the profession. To establish trust, clients need to sense that the counsellors are genuine and sincere in their communications. But when they begin to suspect their own biases, conflicting values or judgements are influencing their work with a client, it is critical that they reflect upon this behaviour and seek to rectify it.

Critically reflecting in supervision, through journaling or personal inner work is required to establish an appropriate plan of action.

Recognising Limitations

It is easy for inexperienced counsellors to fall into the trap of feeling solely responsible for their client’s progress. Counsellors do not possess a magic wand to solve all of life’s problems and it is important to remember that ultimately it is the client that makes choices in their own life.

Counsellors can assist clients to think through options, explore motivators and hurdles, set goals, formulate plans of action and so on. A client, however, must assume the responsibility for taking actions in order to accomplish progress in their life.

There are many aspects of the counselling relationship in which it is important to recognise the limitations of counselling. When progress seems “stuck”, some of the best plans involve tolerating ambiguity, sharing responsibility with the client, re-establishing the role of the counsellor and/or sharing information with a supervisor.

Drawing the Line

Maintaining a critical perspective towards the counsellor-client relationship is essential in order to avoid emotional burnout, misjudgement and unproductive distribution of power. “A common mistake for beginners is to worry too much about clients. There is a danger of incorporating clients’ neuroses into our own personality. We lose sleep wondering what decisions they are making. We sometimes identify so closely with clients that we lose our own sense of identity and assume their identity. Empathy becomes distorted and militates against a therapeutic intervention” (Corey 2001, p. 34).

Stage Three: Dealing with Challenging Situations

One of the foremost challenges facing counselling professionals is to understand the complex role that diversity plays in their work. In counselling, each client’s needs and objectives should be considered and used to guide the counselling process. These needs vary for each individual according to factors such as personality, culture, gender and age.

Counselling with Difference

It is vital that counsellors working with issues of difference recognise the unique needs of their client and plan intervention accordingly. The counsellor must decide on the approach that will provide better responsiveness from the client, and therefore lead to a constructive outcome.

Clients affected by systems of inequity in our culture are frequently subjected to acts of discrimination and prejudice. Counsellors need to understand the impact of such in order to analyse the depth to which a client may be culturally traumatised. Prejudice impacts on self-esteem and may evoke imbalances in a client’s wellbeing. They may experience feelings of being left out of the larger group, feelings of powerlessness, loneliness and hopelessness.

Working with Groups

Group counselling is a challenging and dynamic form of counselling that requires all-round professional skills from counsellors. It implies that any challenges a counsellor may find in helping an individual can potentially duplicate, triplicate, or vastly multiply – however, the more intricate the challenge is, the higher the rewards.

Similar to mathematics theory, the dynamic interactions which occur within a group, along with the external influencing factors upon that group, pose challenges to controlling and interpreting group outcomes. When dealing with groups, the primary objective (whether a group is formed to develop a project or a group united by the need to tackle an analogous problem) is to ensure that the group is healthy and productive. As such, core communication skills which are based on interpersonal communication theory are applicable for groups – promoting good communication between group individuals creates a safe and productive environment for the group to work.

When dealing with groups, there are several major issues that should be noted by professional counsellors, such as:

1. Understanding power relationships – in other words – how the interaction between counsellor and the group’s individuals impact interpersonal relationships;

2. Consciously avoiding generalisations and stereotypes;

3. Accepting that all people are multi-dimensional;

4. Making judgements exclusively on situationally relevant criteria;

5. Adopting communication patterns which minimise stereotyping and increase dignity and respect to induce more appropriate decisions (based on information relevant to the particular context) and;

6. Consciously controlling group communication which is likely to aggravate negative perceptions by others.

The Unfaithful Mind

Counsellors are also faced with situations in which their own personal perspective creates a challenge in their relationships with clients. A client’s personality, behaviour or opinion may diverge from the counsellor in such a radical way that it becomes a motive for dislike or disassociation. It is a complex situation which requires the counsellor to reflect on their own capabilities of dealing with such situation.

The risk of developing hatred against ‘opposing’ groups of society can perpetuate negative behaviour – a kind of traumatic response to what has been perceived as a threat. Recognising value in the individual is part of the process of developing the client’s self-confidence through providing a supportive environment during counselling sessions.

What is the solution? Primarily, the counsellor will need to reflect on whether he/she is able to restrain his/her own negative feelings towards the client and work together in a productive manner. If he/she decides that it is feasible, strategies need to be devised in order to avoid conflict and lack of alignment in the relationship goals. If the counsellor believes that it is not appropriate to deal with the client due to personal motives, there should be a contingency plan to refer that client to appropriate support and ensure that this process is done efficiently – without incurring in any psychological harm to the client.

Stage Four: Learning and Perpetuating

Dealing with human behaviour is never a static process. Learning from each experience is the secret to naturally widen one’s perspective towards the world, improve one’s ability to understand people and to effectively communicate with them. Therefore, learning also plays a big role in the process of developing a positive counsellor perspective. How to improve learning? The best way is to construct a disciplined approach is be attentive to details and situations which produce unexpected results in counselling sessions and other interaction with clients. Learning through observation is of considerable value in terms of experience and maturity for a counsellor.

Perpetuating constitutes the maintenance of the basic backbone that allows a counsellor to be a productive and efficient professional: mental and physical health. Counsellors are deemed to deal with stress throughout their careers – whether through emotional attachment, excessive work, lack of self-care, or a combination of these factors. It is of vital importance that counsellors avoid burnout because emotional stress tends to accumulate overtime and it can result in trauma. All these issues directly affect the counsellor’s ability to oblige to ethical and professional guidelines.

Most people ignore the first signs of excessive stress, and by doing so, become vulnerable to further pressure from work. At some point, counsellors may find it very difficult to attend counselling sessions, to get to work, and to perform in several other areas of life. Preventing burnout is simply a necessary task to anyone aiming for a balanced and fulfilling career (and life).

The Mindset to a Healthy & Wealthy Life

Saturday, July 30th, 2011

Most people have been asked this question at one point: “Is the glass half empty or half full?” There are always the clever people who say “it depends on whether you are drinking or pouring”. Then there are the engineers who are taught that the cup is twice as big as it needs to be! The correct answer is that the glass is in fact both half empty and half full. Both statements are true at the same time.

In life some people focus on all the negative things such as poverty, crime and diseases. Other people focus on the great things in the world such as love and nature. All of these things co-exist in the world. It follows that your reality becomes what you focus on the most.

The same principle can be applied to a person’s health or even wealth. If you are sick and focus on your recovery, there is a greater chance that you will recover. If you believe you are going to die or will never be free of a particular illness then chances are you are right. The power of the mind is phenomenal, as is often medically proved with trials involving placebos. Your level of success in any area of life depends on your outlook. If you maintain a positive outlook you will always “find a way” but if you’re always looking at the constraints and difficulties in life it is a lot harder to notice an opportunity when it may be right there in front of you.

The healthy, rich and successful people in the world always have a glass that is half full. They realize that the glass was empty to begin with and there is usually “more where that came from”. They endeavor to “find more”. Those that focus on the negative are always afraid or restricted and limited. They fail to see that the part of the glass they believe to be empty is actually full with air! If you focus on the great, the wonderful and the successful, your life will be full of great, wonderful, successful things. There will be no limit to what you can achieve.

Although “health” normally describes the wellness of your physical body, having good health should encompass your whole state of being. Therefore the road to perfect health should be the one that aims to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance and in total harmony with each other.

What do we mean by this statement? There are universal laws, which say that for every state of being there is an opposite, and it is also equal and opposite. For every up there is a down, for every front there is a back, for every top there is a bottom. For your health and mental state there is strong / weak, positive / negative, ecstatic / miserable, stressed / relaxed, sensitive / indifferent, etc.

In between these extremes is a scale of movement from one to the other, and in the middle it is neither one nor the other. Imagine there is an imaginary scale denoting where you are between any of these two extremes. At the middle point you have the advantage of being aware of both, for there is no real benefit in being either. For instance you are only strong in relation to when you are weak, fast to your slow. All these states do not really exist as they are only comparisons. Strong, compared to who? They are but different extremes of your potential to be. The only real ideal place for you to be is at the center. This is where happiness is, because this is where we have the ability to be flexible, weather the storm, go with the flow, cope with crud; so as long as the stimulus is only temporary your life will return to normality because everything also has a rhythm and the swings towards one extreme will eventually return towards the other.

This also allows for movement either way, for life has its great moments as well as upsetting times. If you are normally in a balanced state then when you experience any of these setbacks your body has reserves to call on, and you will be able to recover to normality more quickly. This is so true for mind, body and spirit, and if you succeed in bringing balance and harmony to these areas of your life you will experience both a feeling of contentment and bliss that will enrich your life with health, wealth and wisdom.

Realize that every state is basically only the way you perceive it, you can turn any situation from a minus to a plus purely by changing the way you look at it. If something appears to be a little bit bad, turn it round and make it a little bit good.

The harmony between mind, body and spirit is a lifelong task and one that should be taken seriously. It is no good having a healthy body if you have neglected your mental attitude or denied the existence of your higher self. When we appreciate the importance of harmony in the body we enter a stage of progression and advancement that is man’s universal quest. This quest for growth in all aspects of our lives is what living is all about. If you are not progressing then you are regressing or dying in some way.

Focus on making small improvements to your life every day and accept no thoughts of any excuses for not wanting to improve yourself in some way every day.

For a healthy body exercise your muscles to keep you mobile, remove toxins and improve your posture. Have good eating habits to supply the nutrients your body requires to work efficiently, for food is not just calories but contains the chemicals required to ensure physical balance in your body and brain.

For a healthy mind, fill it with positive thoughts of how you want your life be. Write down your dreams and think passionately about how you will feel when they become a reality. Ignore any previous beliefs that will cause conflict with your new thoughts and affirmations of a happy and prosperous life.

Harmony in your body means recognizing the importance of giving equal attention to all aspects of your being. Give some time every day to the advancement of that part of you which is not in harmony. Consider the fact that you may have even totally ignored a part of mind body or spirit as being unimportant or unnecessary.

The sooner you begin to take responsibility for your growth and advancement the sooner you will find life will take on a new meaning, and a new sense of purpose. Most of us think that learning and thinking is only for when we are young and when we start work we can put all that behind us. Try to rekindle your enthusiasm to learn, but this time focus on thinking about yourself and how you can improve mind, body and spirit. By doing so, you will be an example to everyone around you. You will begin to exude an air of confidence and a passion for life that will bring you happiness that you may never have thought possible. In this way you will attract people who are thinking with a similar attitude, and by associating more with these new friends you will obtain more encouragement and less negativity.

Try to understand how each part of your mind, body and spirit works, and how they interact with each other to form your personality. Your mind, or to be more specific your conscious mind is where all your senses are experienced. This part of you has the ability to think and reason. This is where your free will lies, and you use it to accept or reject any idea. All your pleasure, pain or limitations start in your conscious mind.

When you approve a thought it is impressed on your spirit or sub-conscious mind, which is the power center of your being. It operates in every cell of your body and it receives accepted thoughts from your conscious mind as truth. It is important to understand this concept. It has no ability to decide whether a thought is true or false. The thought is accepted unconditionally. Any thought which your conscious mind continually imposes on your sub-conscious mind will become part of your personality.

Your physical body is the vehicle your mind and soul uses to achieve an end result. It uses the thoughts made or accepted by your conscious mind, which have been impressed upon your sub-conscious mind, and turns them into a behavior or action. This action taken by the body brings about the final result for those initial thoughts.

Once we understand how all areas of your being work together it becomes logical how our thoughts influence our personality and who we are. To be totally happy we must work on harmonizing mind body and spirit so that we can achieve the dreams we want.

Your first step is to make a conscious change of mindset. Don’t wait for someone to take you by the hand and show you way, as that day might never come. Take responsibility now. Believe you can do it and that you have a passion to learn. Find a mentor who can help you, someone who is already where you want to go. They can be someone you know, or read an autobiography or listen to a cd. Learn what they know or have done in their life. Autobiographies can give you an insight into the mindset and way of thinking of successful people. These people are not different to you or me, they have just learnt how to grow and direct their thoughts to a reach their goal.

Become more open minded about what you learn. Be accepting that what successful people will tell you is fact, and that if you follow their way of thinking, using the skills you possess, you will be successful too. Don’t let ignorance hold you back. An old belief may be restricting you from achieving your true potential. You have the ability to change. Believe you can be better in every way and start today. Give it attention every day and little by little you will become changed permanently.

You are blessed with the most amazing ability to do and become anything you think about. Believe you are no different to your heroes. Never doubt that you can do it. If you have any old beliefs of not being able to able to do anything, remember that by consistent conscious daily thought impressed upon your subconscious you will gradually replace your old beliefs with new ones which will direct you on your path to success. Success and prosperity in all areas of your life is not luck. Focus on what you want and you will begin realize its possibility. Never let anyone persuade you otherwise for they may not have the will to succeed like you have. I want you to push aside the barriers of doubt and have confidence in yourself to become healthy, wealthy and wise.

Follow this advice, focus on your goal and never be distracted by anything or anyone. Make it your daily way of life and dreams will become a reality.

High exertion and mind tuning martial arts – type exercise is one way to lower worry. Also, yoga can lower worry both in a mental and physical way. It is intended for a group of people and offers thought-provoking techniques that are desirable to reduce worry in a physical and mental way. Many realize this and find that more or less it often helps with healing on the whole.

Here are some tips for a healthy lifestyle: First is take it easy on alcohols, drink less will help to improve your health as well as your body. Four Vital Components to Approach Health Successfully

Saturday, May 14th, 2011

(The exploration of life is never found within brackets) However, one cannot separate the head from the body expecting the benefits of two parts as this leads to death. What is death then? It is not necessarily the parting of the last breath but actually pertains to attitude fixed within the paradigms of brackets. If there is no growth, then there is death! In other words, health is about the entire body not individual components within the body.

Humans love labels and categories in order to seek identity, thus satisfied, find it difficult to shed those labels through openness and possibilities. Health is a wicked example of this phenomenon where we are in awe of medical professionals, pharmaceutical corporations and forgo freedom.

There are two brains in every body, one in the stomach and the other in the head. What we put into both affects our entire body. Yet, we consider insanity the domain of the mentally ill, but are all of us guilty of this ubiquitous malady.

It is ridiculous to expect excellent health with or without complications of illness if we deprive our bodies through dehydration and famine. The famine pertains to the necessity of supplements and foods containing some resemblance to amino acids, omegas, fats, fibers, proteins and minerals with vitamins. Famine also pertains to food for the mind because it is through nourishment of the mind that we realise our true potential, meditation aids this aspect perfectly.

Perspective is magical albeit, blind and limited, unless ones perspective is to approach life without the brackets of closed mindsets. We are taught to respect doctors but we are also taught albeit quietly to respect nature and learn about the healing properties of natural herbs etc. Somehow, the conversations have been leaning away from natural in favour of unnatural and big money wins yet again. Perspective here is based on money not health.

Due to magnificent media dominance, pharmaceutical corporations have stolen our free will by declaring we cannot thrive unless we avail of their life changing pills, potions and poisons. Yes, there are amazing benefits in modern medicine. However, every year from unnecessary prescribed prescriptions a million deaths occur. There are also millions suffering from the side effects of medicines becoming zombies with the side serving size proportions of ill-advised medicines.

It is time we encouraged the approach for prevention rather than prompting responses based on symptoms primarily. It is also high time we assumed control of our own health through appropriate education based on nutrition, meditation and exercise. In this busy world, taking time for meditation seems nonsensical as is eating correctly and oxygenating the blood.

Nevertheless, we have a choice. Do we want to look out of a window and dream about days past in the deprived comfort of a nursing home? Do we want to look out of a window and wonder what events are we going to participate in today?

There are FOUR vital components to exuberant thriving health and they are within the frameworks of nutrition, meditation, humour and exercise. It is illogical to expect top performance through exercise if the body is not fully hydrated, nourished and within the correct mindset. Then it is time to compose an exercise routine, but not before nutrition and meditation are sorted appropriately.

Remember, our brains are 80% water and blood cells are 90% water, not fluids, water. When there is a one percent drop in hydration the body goes into alarm mode. Drink water, nourish the body with appropriate salt, minerals, vitamins and essential amino acids plus Omegas then your neurotransmitters are afforded the appropriate environment to function correctly. God bless.

Tomas Coimin hails from Ireland’s green shores and while is proficient in many areas is specifically interested in those that pertain to enhancing self-esteem and good health. Suggested daily activities: a) pray, b) meditate, c) drink lots of water, d) exercise, e) eat three good meals, f) gratitude, and g) sleep well oh and say I love you and also thank you quite frequently. In a 1999 study, Thomas Budzynski, Ph.D worked with 8 struggling college students. After undergoing audio-visual brainwave stimulation, the students outperformed a control group and significantly increased their GPA. In a separate study, Psychologist Michael Joyce used brainwave entrainment with a group of 30 children. After a short period of treatment, he observed improvements in reading and a half year advancement in grade level. Additionally, the children showed substantial improvements in attention, reaction and a reduction in impulsivity and variability. http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/?c=6255670 for your free 15 day trial. You may contact Tomas @ selfesteemawareness@gmail.com and your privacy shall be protected and respected. How to Cultivate the Millionaire Mindset

Friday, May 13th, 2011

Success rarely happens by accident. Admittedly, there are some who have literally stumbled upon success but the vast majority who reach those heights fought long and hard to get there. In fact, the majority probably failed at more things than complete failures have. Yet, despite all those many setbacks, they managed to win out in the end. It’s all in the mindset.

Let’s take a look at what most of these successful individuals have in common. Let’s look at the path they traveled to reach their destination. Let’s look at the attitudes they carried with them as they faced the challenges along the road. Indeed, their approaches are amazingly similar.

The first thing these people have is a specific and focused conception of their destination. They know exactly where they want to end up. They understand their own value and see where it can be best utilized for the benefit of others. And the mere realization that their value needs to benefit others if success is to be achieved is in itself an unusual characteristic. These people have something to say and know exactly who to say it to.

These people believe in the destination more than the path. They realize their efforts will be met with failure more often than they’d like and that even the efforts that do not fail will probably produce disappointing results. Think about success as a matter of straight probability. If one in 50 attempts delivers success, 49 deliver failure. You might get lucky and hit success the very first time. But you also might try 40 different things and with success still out of reach.

The quality we’re talking about here is tenacity. Determination. Focus. These people have an unending passion to reach their final destination and they’ll stop at nothing to get there. Indeed, I’ve failed a lot more than I ever imagined I could but I’m still trying new things and I’m still making progress. Am I at my destination yet? Absolutely not. But learning every single day and getting closer by the minute.

Successful people don’t see failures as failures. They see them as lessons they need to learn to reach their intended destination. Don’t get me wrong. The emotional rollercoaster of a millionaire-in-process can be severe and the financial rollercoaster isn’t much better. But the tenacity to get up again and again and continue trying new things is what ends up differentiating the ones who succeed from those who fail.

Cultivating a millionaire mindset doesn’t happen overnight. You can’t go from complete failure-avoidance to the opposite in one day. It’s a process that takes time; one baby step after another. Try something small. Don’t risk too much. See if you get some results. Then try something else, perhaps a big more ambitious, and see how it goes. You get used to this after a while and it all gets a bit easier.

The millionaire mindset is focused on only one thing: success. It sees the destination as the only necessity and everything else as optional. Tactical Execution has made a business of helping the millionaire mindset find strategies that work. Many of those strategies are laid out in detail on our website and I hope you’ll visit to take advantage of the free resources available there.

Create Your Life with a New Mindset Mantra

Thursday, May 12th, 2011

Has your method of thinking become the culprit of stress, unhappiness and chaos in your life? Are you willing to take charge and create something new? Lynne Lambert reveals the secret!

Your thinking stimulates feelings, perceptions, actions, and reactions. Your method of thought is the avenue that develops your mindset and ultimately creates your experience of life. It all begins with a thought.
Luckily YOU are in charge of your thinking and you can choose which method of thought you allow.

Trying to stop thinking in a particular manner will probably make those unwanted thoughts even more dominate in your life. Rather than trying to stop particular thoughts, you can purposely create a mantra to flood your mind deliberately and leave no space for unwanted chatter. With repetition of your chosen mindset mantra you will soon adapt a new habit of thinking. You can choose a mindset mantra  that serves, rather than sabotages, your life. Take it on as your new “normal”.

True, there are situations in life you have no control over but when you are courageous enough to elevate your mind to chosen methods of thinking, you then find the path to becoming a master of your life experience.

Example of thoughts that sabotage: I’m so fat and I just can’t loose weight.
Example of thoughts that serve: Each meal is a blessing that nourished my amazing body. I am grateful for my choices at mealtime and I choose to be accountable right now. You choose! www.ThoughtHasNOCalories.com

Five ingredients that will invite any life change you may be looking for.

1. Desire – decide what you desire with clarity.

2. Communication – think and speak of your desire as though it already exists and you are moving toward it

3. Faith – having faith will give you courage and patience while your desires are moving in to reality.

4. Gratitude – the nature of gratitude invites more for which to be grateful. The more grateful you feel, the more apparent the gifts.

5. Allow – make room in your life and allow the magic of new creation to emerge.

Have fun creator!

Common treatment for smoking addiction is usually in the form of nicotine replacement or trying to alter your mindset. The problem with these approaches I believe is that they don’t get to the root of addiction which is poor brain chemistry. The approach I recommend is one which helps people to quit smoking naturally by correcting brain chemistry with natural compounds so that nicotine is no longer needed to compensate for this. E Health Cigarette Cartridges Uk

Nicotine replacement is what it says, which is replacing the addictive substance in cigarettes. It is an improvement on smoking since at least you are not getting all the other toxic substances in the cigarettes. However you are still reliant on nicotine, nicotine is a toxin in itself, and in the end, when you try to get off it, you will still be suffering from smoking withdrawal problems. Approaches which aim to alter your mindset may have some degree of success but I do not believe they are complete since they too are not correcting what is going wrong with the brain to make you require a drug to feel good.

Many people mistakenly believe that they only have nicotine cravings because they have become addicted to cigarettes. In other words if only they could get through the uncomfortable nicotine withdrawal process they would then stop having cravings for cigarettes. However this is not true. Some people have managed to give up smoking for quite some time and still crave nicotine well past the withdrawal process.

The reason for this is due to poor brain chemistry. Our brain cells (neurons) produce chemicals called neurotransmitters which control the way we think feel and behave. They are synthesised within neurons which then fire them to the next neuron which then receives it. This then triggers that neuron to do the same and so the process continues. There are several different neurotransmitters and each affects us in different ways. E Health Cigarette Cartridges Uk

When we produce neurotransmitters in the right amounts and they are received properly we feel a sense of well-being, we feel motivated, relaxed, able to concentrate and sleep. Many people however are low in these neurotransmitters and unable to receive them effectively which may lead them to feel anxious, depressed, low in motivation, self confidence and unable to concentrate and sleep. These people are more likely to be drawn to smoking because nicotine’s effects act as a substitute for their neurotransmitter deficiency.

The reason nicotine does this is because is fits into the receptor site for one particular neurotransmitter called acetylecholine. In doing so, it then sets in motion a number of events in the brain which trigger other neurotransmitters to be released leading to a lift in our mood and energy.

It is true that our brain does adapt to the nicotine, so we need higher amounts to have the same effect. This then means without it that we feel worse than before and suffer withdrawal symptoms. This of course will lessen with time as our brain then adapts again to not having nicotine. However, if you were low in neurotransmitters before you began to smoke, stopping smoking is not going to fix this. The feelings you may experience from low neurotransmitter levels will often lead you to smoke again.

The best way to quit smoking therefore is to find out why your neurotransmitters are low in the first place and correct that. There are many risk factors for this, however one common cause is nutrient deficiency. Neurotransmitters are made from nutrients, the enzymes which work to make them require nutrients, and we need nutrients to build proper functioning receptor sites to receive them. In order to give up smoking and get rid of nicotine cravings for good, correcting poor nutrition and getting the right combination and dosage of nutrients that your brain needs to fuel itself should be the very first step.
