Here are the ingredients:

· 100g spinach

· 2 dl Frozen Raspberries, Strawberries or Blueberries

· 3-5 bananas

· 1 dl Water

Put everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Increase the amount of water if needed. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle a few berries on top and enjoy!

 

Another great thing about this recipe is that it is very quick to prepare and is ideal for people who are on the run and are going to work. Another plus about this is that you can simply make a lot of it and then take bits and bits as you go through your day. Another positive aspect of this is that the best way to consume your meals is in small portions of 5-8 meals a day. This ensures that you do not go hungry during the day. This meal enables you to do that without losing time preparing the food. It is a very cheap and cost effective meal to make.

Soak in big bowl of apple cider vinegar overnight.

Mix well.

Place in dehydrator on 110 degrees for about 12 hours. Once crisp flip over.

 Mini Flax Pizza Bites

Gourmet Raw Food Diet Recipe
Raw Diet Recipes

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup flax seeds
-1/2 cup flax meal
-6 medium tomatoes
-1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 2 hours or more
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1/4 cup fresh basil
-3 tablespoons dried Italian herb mix
-3 medium onions
-1 clove garlic
• Grind all ingredients in a food processor
• Spread evenly and thinly over 2 Paraflexx dehydrator trays, right to the edges and then use a knife or spatula to score into individual squares .
• Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 3 hours then invert onto another mesh dehydrator tray to finish drying in the dehydrator for a further 10 – 18 hours.

Pine Nut Cheese Spread

Ingredients

-1/2 cup pine nuts
-1/2 cup macadamias
-2 teaspoons lemon juice

-1/4 teaspoon salt
-2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
-1/4 cup water
• Grind all ingredients in a food processor.

Tomato Sauce
-4 medium tomatoes, de-seeded
-1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 2 hours or more
-1 soft date
-1 clove garlic
-2 teaspoons olive oil
-1 tablespoon fresh basil
-1 tablespoon dried oregano
-2 teaspoons lemon juice
-Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Pesto
-2 cups basil, tightly packed
-1 tablespoon minced rosemary
-1/4c pine nuts
-1T olive oil
-1/4t salt
-2t lemon juice
• Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until broken down, but leaving some texture to the finished pesto.

Assembly
- Start with the flax cracker as a base to which you’ll add a layer of the nut cheese spread.
-Next comes the tomato sauce and then top off with some pesto.
- Garnish with olives, capers and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.

Variation: This recipe works great using marinated whole mushrooms as a base instead of flax crackers.

• Marinate 12 mushrooms in 1/4c tamari and 1/4c olive oil for 2 hours or more.
• Fill the mushroom caps with the nut cheese, tomato sauce and pesto. Going heavier on the amount of pesto works really nicely with mushrooms.
• Once the mushrooms are stuffed, place in the dehydrator at 105 degrees F to warm through 1 – 2 hours.

Fresh Fruit Salad

This fruit salad combines chopped peaches, strawberries, bananas, blueberries or blackberries, red and green grapes, dressed with a simple fresh lime and pineapple juice dressing. Fruits are seasonal in Winter months may substitute peaches and strawberries with grapefruits, cantaloupe, kiwi or oranges. Substitute to taste.
Paleo Raw Food Recipe

Paleo Raw Food Diet Recipe

Ingredients:

-6 peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
-1 pound strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced
-1/2 pound seedless green grapes
-1/2 pound seedless red grapes
-3 bananas, peeled and sliced

-1/2 pound blackberries or blueberries (to taste)
-small amount of honey (topping to taste)

Dressing:
-juice of one lime
-1/2 cup pineapple juice
-1 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation:
Combine chopped and sliced fruits in a large serving bowl; toss गेंत्ली।Add small amount of honey to taste. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl or 1 cup measure. Pour dressing mixture over fruit and toss gently to combine. Cover and chill the fruit salad thoroughly before serving.
This fruit salad recipe makes enough to serve about 10 to 12 people.

Organic Foods: Raw food diets recommend eating only organic foods. Organic foods are not grown with pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers or other toxic chemical harmful to your health. Recommended to eat organic as versus to conventional food but is it 100% practical? For raw food dieters totally eating only raw organic food may not suit their life-style. Therefore, for some their raw food diets maybe a mixture of organic and conventional. A raw food diet does not necessitate only organic foods a conventional foods can be used. Savory Dinner Raw Food Recipes

Let me guess.  You’re new to a low fat raw vegan diet and while you love being able to eat pounds and pounds of fruit everyday, you’re having trouble satisfying your savory tooth at the end of the day.

Well, here are all of my favorite savory raw recipes. And don’t worry, they are all low fat, salt, spice, and condiment free.

Ridiculously Delicious Raw Pasta

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized tomatoes
1 Ataulfo (yellow) mango*
Handful of fresh cilantro
2 zucchini or yellow squash, spiralized

*Ataulfo mangoes are much creamier than the more common Kent or Tommy-Atkins varieties (and much tastier, in my opinion).

Directions

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place into a blender.  Peel and chop the mango into large pieces, close to the size of the tomato quarters.  Place the mango pieces in the blender.  Chop the cilantro and place in the blender.

Lightly pulse. Don’t blend it too much or it will get bubbly and yucky.  Pour over the spiralized squash.

I especially like to eat this as a sauce over spiralized zucchini or yellow squash, but you could also use it as a dressing for any greens of your choice.  You could also just eat it on its own as a soup.

The mango-tomato-cilantro combo is just so delicious! :)

Salty Salt-Free Salsa

Ingredients:

24 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes (sweetest you can find)
16 ounces of celery (4-6 stalks)
8 ounces red bell pepper (1 pepper)
4 ounces sweet apple (Gala or Fuji, 1/2 apple)
1 handful cilantro
1 English cucumber, sliced diagonally*

*I prefer the English variety.  They are less watery than traditional cucumbers and have much more flavor.

Directions:

Cut half of the celery, red bell pepper, and all of the apple into medium-sized pieces.  You want each piece about the same size as the tomatoes.  Pulse half of the tomatoes and cilantro with the celery, pepper, and apple chunks.  You want a slightly chunky mixture, not a puree.

Dice the rest of the tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, & cilantro.  Stir blended portion with the diced portion and devour with cucumber slices or any veggie you like.

Not-So-Pretty Pistachio Dressing

Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1 oz pistachios
1 head romaine lettuce

Directions:

Coarsely chop tomatoes, half the cucumber, and pistachios and blend.  Spiralize the other half of the cucumber, chop the lettuce, and mix together with the dressing.  This is a very savory and hearty salad that I love to eat during the winter.

Savory Dinner Raw Food Recipes

Let me guess.  You’re new to a low fat raw vegan diet and while you love being able to eat pounds and pounds of fruit everyday, you’re having trouble satisfying your savory tooth at the end of the day.

Well, here are all of my favorite savory raw recipes. And don’t worry, they are all low fat, salt, spice, and condiment free.

Ridiculously Delicious Raw Pasta

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized tomatoes
1 Ataulfo (yellow) mango*
Handful of fresh cilantro
2 zucchini or yellow squash, spiralized

*Ataulfo mangoes are much creamier than the more common Kent or Tommy-Atkins varieties (and much tastier, in my opinion).

Directions

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place into a blender.  Peel and chop the mango into large pieces, close to the size of the tomato quarters.  Place the mango pieces in the blender.  Chop the cilantro and place in the blender.

Lightly pulse. Don’t blend it too much or it will get bubbly and yucky.  Pour over the spiralized squash.

I especially like to eat this as a sauce over spiralized zucchini or yellow squash, but you could also use it as a dressing for any greens of your choice.  You could also just eat it on its own as a soup.

The mango-tomato-cilantro combo is just so delicious! :)

Salty Salt-Free Salsa

Ingredients:

24 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes (sweetest you can find)
16 ounces of celery (4-6 stalks)
8 ounces red bell pepper (1 pepper)
4 ounces sweet apple (Gala or Fuji, 1/2 apple)
1 handful cilantro
1 English cucumber, sliced diagonally*

*I prefer the English variety.  They are less watery than traditional cucumbers and have much more flavor.

Directions:

Cut half of the celery, red bell pepper, and all of the apple into medium-sized pieces.  You want each piece about the same size as the tomatoes.  Pulse half of the tomatoes and cilantro with the celery, pepper, and apple chunks.  You want a slightly chunky mixture, not a puree.

Dice the rest of the tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, & cilantro.  Stir blended portion with the diced portion and devour with cucumber slices or any veggie you like.

Not-So-Pretty Pistachio Dressing

Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1 oz pistachios
1 head romaine lettuce

Directions:

Coarsely chop tomatoes, half the cucumber, and pistachios and blend.  Spiralize the other half of the cucumber, chop the lettuce, and mix together with the dressing.  This is a very savory and hearty salad that I love to eat during the winter.

And you’ll know the reason for the name once you make the recipe. ;)
